Tidworth NSPCC Receives Financial Support

The NSPCC centre in Drummer Lane have been given £112,500 from the Upavon based Army Central Fund, spread over three years.
The money will go towards -

Time Together - a drop-in service for parents, carers and children up to 8 years of age, encouraging friendships and bonding.

Pregnancy In Mind - helping Mums and Dads cope with the ups and downs of having a baby.

Babies In Mind - to give babies and their carers the chance to learn about development and relaxation.

Military Lunch Club - that's run in local schools to offer the children of serving personnel a support service.

Emotional Resilience in Children (ERIC) - a group that helps youngsters aged 8 to 10 deal with their feelings and behaviours.
